Ye... Experts keep saying Texas has really amazing volume of oil and gas underneath its soil in various shale formations around the state. They say if Texas were a country it would be the third largest natural gas producing nation in the world! If it only were..........
I've got a friend working with the Bureau of Economic Geology at the University of Texas at Austin and he is being far less optimistic. They've made the indepth research of the major three shale gas deposits here to come to the conclusion this boom will last for a generation up to 2040 or so.
And then D.C. will at last let Texas go as a separate country..... totally exhausted by this time with no energy reserves and ecologically unfriendly for agriculture! Dig into it folks! I strongly suspect that's been their sophisticated plan, the D.C. plan to prevent Texas from getting just a wealthy independent country!!
Look, presently Texas's agriculture ranks the first in the USA for cotton production and other. It's due to the long growing season here and unique diversity of soil sharing 1100 soil categories! This results in enormous agricultural productivity. The major portion of the Texas's land has been used for agricultural production so far. There are more than 220,000 farms in the state each having an average farm size of 580 acres! And those farmers make the bulk of separatist force in Texas to establish the Republic of Texas!!
Experts say this economic transformation of Texas is due to a new drilling method of hydraulic fracturing combined with horizontal drilling that allows companies to extract oil and gas from impermeable layers of shale. This method has a reputation of ecologically unfriendly. And it to put it plain they are transforming Texas into a desert!! And it really brings negative changes. We work on this land and we see it with our own eyes every day. We see our crops and other going down! It's really a worry imo that there has been no prompt so far of any compensation from the federal authority or sort of it! They are intently ruining agriculture here and robbing our energy reserves to make it impossible for us to live on our own!
I think we can't stay idle watching at how they are deoriving us of our future on our land!
BTW Experts say that by 2020 5,000 new wells will be drilled at Eagle Ford only!
