in the middle 80's a girl i know gave me a tape to listen to, some guy had given it to her and some of the songs freaked her out (one in particular was "the boiler", a ska song about a rape), and she wanted my oppinion about it
anyway, on the tape was a song about a brittish soldier, sung by a scottish sounding singer
don't remember all the lyrics but the horus was something like
"and sargent is this the excitement you meant
when i put my name down on the line
all your talk of computers and sunshine and ?
well i'm asking you sargent where's mine"
it's about the falkland i believe the soldier is in hospital recovering from an injury
anybody help
