Is classical rock have been overwhelmed by the pop, RNB and hiphop??

If we see today's music world then we can hardly find those bands who are focused in classical rock. Most of the bands are now punk or alternative rock genre. Classical rock was one of the greatest of all music but now those songs are like just a repeat telecast....
