We have only one ISP and I want to get access to website blocked by the ISP here. I want to get access using longdistance telephone line from another country. Is there any one who can help how I can get internet acess? I found some ISP's but most of them doesn't support my country.

Anonymyzer's Free PrivateSurfing Feature (up at the top RH part of the welcome page) will let you get to where you want to go. Just type in the desired URL and click "GO" ... might work.
Might wanna consider why that website is blocked by your ISP first though, and what if anything, might fall your way from it becoming known you've circumvented restrictions imposed by your ISP or by your government.
