can i make audio from existed content like text books, fiction , non-fiction which all are copyrighted or should i take a permission from owners of all of them if yes then how?

It depends on how much you take. Recording a small portion of a copyrighted work might be considered "fair use," especially if it is incorporated into a larger work (such as, for instance, a review). Recording the entire thing, however, would constitute a violation of the existing work's copyright.
