I agree about Carter, and how about his fellow fan of the Atlanta Braves, Ted Turner? I know, I know, Ted shoots his mouth sometimes without thinking things through, but for a rich guy, his heart is usually in the right place. And he cares about the environment...
Ted is just cocky enough to say what he thinks. I'm not sure I want him with his finger on the nuclear button; but if I got in trouble, I would want him on my side.
Mapleleaf, I'm pondering your question. I don't know. If you had asked me before 9/11, I probably would have said no. Rudy can be more than a little over the top about being right. About doing things his way. About being unable to accept criticism. A legislative office would require compromise from Rudy. I'm not sure he has it in him.
I think I'm going to have to continue pondering. Also, I'd like to see what office he wants to run for. He might be better suited to an executive position.

Wilso, you still thinking or have you come to a conclusion - yet?
