haad examination

Respected Sir / Madam
I am Darshan Singh an Indian 61 yrs old from Al Ain city of Abu Dhabi. i want to know that, do you have any doctors training colledge/ university in United Arab Emirates ?.
i wish to make a "WILL" for my last time of death. so that after i die i can serve the needful people with my dead body.
1. I wish to Donate my dead body for learning the new doctors about cut open and replant the body parts.
2. i wish to Donate my Eyes to help the Blind person to see the world with my Eyes.
3. I wish to Donate my Heart to the need full person whose Heart is failure to live few years more of his/her life .
4. i wish to Donate my Both Kidneys to the Kidney failures people to enjoy their life more years
5. I wish to Donate my Lungs to the people whose lungs are failure by smoking or drinking.
6. And also other parts to replant to needful people { if ever need }
7. Rest useless body should flow in Sea / River for the food of Fishes.

I shall highly thankful for your kind reply in YES or NO.
