Was this stripper trying to have sex with me?

I went to my first strip club on Tuesday. I'm 20 and I have Asperger Syndrome (mild form of autism). I'm currently in a Bachelor of Science (pre-med program).

I had never been to a strip club before and I figured I'd go to one on Tuesday. I phoned the strip club amd asked how much lapdances cost. They said "$30 per song".

I then go to the strip club and pay the $6 cover charge to get in. I ask the bouncer how much lapdances cost and he said "$30 per song".

I then go and sit beside the pole where there was a stripper dancing in her bra and thong. Shortly thereafter she ripped them both off and she was totally butt naked dancing on the pole. I then asked if I could get a lapdance and how much she charges for them. She them said "$30 per song. I'll come with you once I'm done on the pole. I'll tell you about our packages".

I then walked to the bar and a different stripper came up to me and said "I heard you want a lapdance". I then said "yes." She then asked me my name and age. She then said she thought I was "freaking adorable". She asked me what I did for a living and I said that I was in school. She then said "what for" and I said "A doctor". She then said "A Plastic Surgeon?" in an excited tone. I then said "A cardiologist". She then said "please be a plastic surgeon. We can live off of my income until you finish med school and then once you become a surgeon we can live off of your income".

We then went to a backroom with a guy sitting at a desk. She then asked me for a hug. I gave her a hug. She then pointed at the board and named a number of the "packages thry have". I suddenly zoned out in awe at the price of these packages. They ranged from $370 to well over that (one said $700). They all had a bunch of names as well. She then said that "we're going to have a fun time" and then her lips were maybe 1mm away from mine.

I suddenly panicked and said I had to leave. The stripper then begged me to stay and pretty well screamed "you'll come back, won't you?"

Why was I told it was $30 per song? Do you think these packages were just for a bunch of songs? Or do you think it was sex...?

@roger,
Whoops lol That is my future career! I didn't explain to her that I'd be doing 4 years of med school after this Bachelor of Science, then a residency in internal medicine, and then a fellowship in cardiology.

@LTinkAspie20,
I'm not really in a position to have an opinion. I do think you've caught on to the idea that money talks around there.

@LTinkAspie20,
I think that the quoted $30 was for the choice of song, and the extra $340 was for Elton to come along and sing it in person.

What the nice young lady was doing is what marketers call "upselling." Yes, a lapdance cost $30, but the club makes far more money by selling additional "services." Since you've already indicated you were willing to spend some money, that makes it easier for the club to persuade you to spend more money. So if the nice young lady encouraged you to spend more than $30, be assured it wasn't anything personal - it was just business.

LTink - It's her JOB to seduce men and sell them a package.

You seemed so surpised.

Haven't you ever been to Best Buy to purchase a computer on sale for $299 and end up spending a grand?

And, NO, it wasn't for sex. Be very sure of that.

PS - Why are you going to places like that?

I imagine 'cause they don't offer lap dances at Best Buy.

@LTinkAspie20,
At least you didn't think she was hot for you or, God Forbid, in love with you. You might be amazed at how many drunken fools at strip club believe attention means attraction.

"Sex" can encompass a lot of different acts, but you can bet your last dollar that the "fun" she was offering was more than multiple lap dances at a volume discount.
