What is the pain you experience in the nursing profession?

Long duty and sometimes no respect.

Not physical pain obviously, but the idea that you are not being respected when you are working hours on end without a break. If it is busy and I need to pitch in a bit more, I would love to help – but to have people disrespect you is just very frustrating.
