Please share your experiences on the process of the Student Financial Aid Process.
Experiences, Insights, and Advise
It was so nontraumatic this last time around that I've pretty much forgotten it. With the exception of completing the FAFSA, my university seems to have taken care of everything else. Course, I'm indpendent and of modest financial means, so that probably simplified the application process a great deal.
(You're probably looking for responses from parents, I guess...)
We didn't get a PIN for the sturdent and that is causing some delays now.
That's a bummer. I'd give you mine, but it probably won't work. Isn't the deadline already past, or is that just for renewals? I know I did mine for next year a couple of months ago.
we're ok on deadlines - from what I understand things are processed - the kid got an email on 3-1 saying he had an error he ignored!!!!! We got a paper follow-up last night the little crap!
Could have handled this 25 days ago - the little shyster.
