I've tried Googling the Cayman Islands and offshore shinnanigans...but have come up short.
The question I am trying to deal with is: Is hiding money by US Corporations in places like the Cayman Islands actually illegal...or is it mostly legal, although frowned upon.
I have a friend who insists most of the dealings are illegal...but I have been under the impression that most of the stuff is done legally.
Anyone got any links they can give me to bring to bear on the question?
