Can't log in to bank accounts. What did I do?

All of a sudden I can't get into my credit union banking or pay my CC's on line. They won't accept my log in. I can't get any further than that.

This is for 3 different accounts, so it must be something I am doing.

This happens only when I use MY computer at my home. I have been able to get on line at my friends house, using his computer. I have been careful to "log out" when using his computer.

Someone at the CU said I need to call my carrier (AT&T) and tell them they need to re-set something. This is a mystery to me. Any ideas?

@PUNKEY,
It might be a cookie of some sort - have you tried rolling back to an earlier restore point?

@PUNKEY,
I agree with the cookie thing. Did you turn off cookies on your machine or change your privacy settings. Some websites just won't work without cookies.

@PUNKEY,
Have you called AT&T support?

Re-fining Firefox seemed to set things straight. I can now access my accounts.

I went to HELP, then hit Alt, then was taken to some screen that was FIREFOX and hit refine.

Don't ask me what I did and how I did it, it just worked.

Someone else also said to "clear the cache" but I didn't have to explore how to do that.
