They are both acceptable, so far as grammar is concerned.
"You look enjoyable in the photo." sounds like you would enjoy him, which might send the wrong message.
"You look pleasant in the photo." just sounds a little odd, but there's nothing wrong with it.
You would be surprised at how few of us are English teachers, by the way.
