Hello all,
I live in Maryland, and i want to get a part time job after school
but i don't want a job if i have to pay taxes on what i earn. i want a job so i can have money to use when i go to collage in 4 years.

Everyone has to pay taxes on earnings, but I doubt you will make enough money to have to pay federal taxes so all you will have to pay is social security and medicaid taxes. The idea that you will come out ahead by not working instead of paying a few percent in taxes is wrong on a lot of levels. Get a job, save for college and don't worry about taxes.

hmmm.....work and keep the bulk of what you earn, having money for when you go to college
or don't work and have zero money.
You weren't planning on studying finance, were you?
I guess your printer business isn't working out, huh?
