No, it means he is comfortable with Twitter and will not have a steep learning curve. There is a phrase people use sometimes that states "she mastered the language like a duck takes to water". Indicates it was as natural as ducklings in water the first time. Does that help.

Oops! Just saw Osso's post, if it not true, it's not true. But if he takes to Twitter the explanation above is still the most accurate way I could phrase it. Pax
