What is the orgin of music?
The buzz of bees, the beat of wings, the air rustling through leaves, the beat of a tool meeting another, a hum, claps, slaps, hiss of a snake, the hoot of an owl, the human voice mimicking it's surroundings, the stamp of a foot, the drumming of hollow logs, the rain, the cry of the wolf, the ocean waves,
Integers embedded in the human auditory perception .
I believe the following is an interesting and very important discovery.
Quote:German archeologists have discovered a 35,000-year-old ivory flute in a cave in the hills of southern Germany, the university of Tübingen announced Friday. The instrument, among the world's oldest and made from a woolly mammoth's ivory tusk, was assembled from 31 pieces that were found in the cave in the Swabian Jura mountains, where ivory figurines, ornaments and other musical instruments have been found in recent years. According to archeologists, humans used the area for camps in the winter and spring. The university plans to put the instrument on display in a museum in Stuttgart, according to reports.

The Book of Love
The book of love is long and boring.
No one can lift the damn thing.
It's full of charts and facts and figures
and instructions for dancing.
But I........
I love it when you read to me,
and you........
you can read me anything.
The book of love has music in it.
In fact, that's where music comes from.
Some of it is just transcendental.
Some of it is just really dumb.
But I........
I love it when you sing to me,
and you........
you can sing me anything.
The book of love is long and boring
and written very long ago.
It's full of flowers and heart-shaped boxes
and things we're all to young to know.
But I........
I love it when you give me things,
and you........
you ought to give me wedding rings.
