Q1.Explain to evaluate whether treatment of accrued expenses by the accountant is justifiable or not?

Q2.Interest is an expense but the accountant of the company has capitalized it as the value of plant. This action of accountant is permissible or not? Explain as per relevant IAS?

Interest is a current expense. Plant and Equipment is capitalized.

You might have to restate your first question with a little more detail.
