5 nurses plus one head nurse. Head nurse takes every 6th weekend call. How do you schedule and cover. Need 2 nurses to stay till 6:00. Also need two nurses to come in at 6:30 am. Also someone needs o take call every night so if they stay out all night. The day shift has to be covered
