@roylac,
Neat idea. My personal top ten would be:
  1. Seek the greatest happiness of the greatest number.
  2. Do as you would be done by.
  3. Believe everything in proportion to the evidence for it.
  4. Make up your own mind; vet your authorities before trading off your judgment for theirs.
  5. Learn from your mistakes.
  6. Carpe Diem: Seize the day.
  7. Mean what you say, say what you mean.
  8. Keep your promises.
  9. Never stop learning.
  10. Greed is dumb. Be generous and look forward instead.

All of mine are on the website's list in some version or other.

@roylac,
I'll go along with Jesus, who said that to gain everlasting life, you must love your neighbour as yourself.

You cannot say that you love God and yet hate your neighbour who God has become, and if you do unto your neighbour only that which you would have done unto yourself, you have fulfilled the 10 commandments

@The Anointed,
Then why have you done the exact opposite?

You have come on here to insult and abuse everyone.

There’s no love at all, just unbridled hatred directed at people you’ve never spoken to before.

@izzythepush,
Your response starts with an insulting version of my user name.

You may have deleted it, but you can’t delete your behaviour.

But I have spoken to you many times Dizzy, and every time I was insulted, and I am obliged to fulfil the law that says "AS ye sow, so shall ye reap."

So you have to be taught, that every time you hurl your insults at me, you are only pissing into the wind.

What a wonderful world it will be when everyone does only to their neighbour as they would have done to themselves.

And those who break that one law, have to be taught a lesson.

Just as it is written; "He who lives by the Sword, 'MUST' die by the sword,'
