DEAR LORD NO!

You can't become a doctor by merely reading legitimate medical textbooks either. Reading and memorization DOESN'T mean comprehension. You need a series of challenging tests AND FAR MORE that prove you actually understand the material. And Lord knows that Wikipedia isn't peer reviewed by actual doctors. So Wikipedia still doesn't stand up in academic quality to even medical textbooks used by an ACCREDITED medical university.
