i am in a pickle with this one.

if chef's slicer is manolin

the last letter is n

so for water sprite is fay whereas the first letter should be N
where did i go wrong??

@batty,
I don't have this puzzle so I don't know if it's a typo, but a slicer is a mandolin, you've left out the D, so that might be where you've gone wrong, so maybe you need to look for another word to go there.
