Nostalgia Multi-Function Player - Owner Manual

I've got one of those reasonably popular nostalgia style tape/CD/record players (Electro Brand Model 9287GB).



My wife really likes this player, although we're confused about the operation of the tape player. The tape player doesn't seem to have any kind of fast-forward or reverse function that we can tell. As close as I can recall, this unit didn't come with any kind of owner's manual either (we're pretty good at keeping track of this kind of thing in our house . . .). This is what the tape player "controls" (such as they are), look like. I know this is a pretty inexpensive unit, and maybe they're just no controls to forward/reverse the tape, and in absence of (or in addition to) a suggestion as to an answer to this problem, can anyone locate an actual owner's manual online for this unit (or something similar)? I've been unsuccessful on that latter part. Thanks!
