I am using windows xp, dell desktop. i have done went through disk clean up, defrag, and i've also uninstalled all unwanted/unused programs, all game data, all pics, music, and videos. also i deleted all .tmp files. i managed to free up 10 gigs. i need to free up at least 7 more. i just went to the wrench menu for google chrome and emptied the cache and deleted browsing history and all that. This computer has 33 gigs altogether. i have managed to free up 10 of those. Is there any way i can free up any more space without purchasing anything to do it for me?
@rbrown4200,
Try downloading CCleaner, and use it.
@cicerone imposter,
if its something i have to purchase to be able to use all of the features or just the ones i need, i can't. I do not own a credit or debit card. But if its totally free then i'll try it. thanks.
@rbrown4200,
Try this link; it has a "free" link that doesn't provide support, but I read some place some time ago that it's one of the better ones.
