If you are faced with nurses who do not practice professionalism, how will you handle it without stooping down to their level. Because sometimes the first emotion you feel is anger and then it can escalate from there.

@amygarside,
If you can, remove yourself from the scene and take some time to calm down so you can protect yourself and your job if you feel that you might overreact to whatever is happening between you and your coworkers. Take the high road and not 'stoop down to their level.'

Document the incidents and issues at play. Make sure you keep your management in the loop for any serious disputes and episodes.
