Does curd help in growing

Absolutely. Curds make for a good medium to grow mold.

Leave some cottage cheese out on a kitchen counter and in a few days you will find mold growing on it.

Actually I wanted to know whether they help in building our structure. That is our height , because they are however product of the milk and somehow they are more nutritious then the milk . If I am wrong please let me know.
