Gerhard Richter pinting sells for 34 mil

I think this may be a record for a living artist (including adjusted inflation)ric Clapton got it for about 3 mil about 10 years ago. This indicates that the top end of the market still is performing well.
Too bad Mr Dreier couldnt flip his Warhols for as good a return. (Even considering SOtheby amd Christies cuts)
