Yep. I loved a number of his records. I was moved to tears by his singing Battle Hymn of the Republic at Robert Kennedy's funeral.

My favorite Andy Williams number is
his Promise Me Love, which had a two-month stretch on AM radio WFFA, Fort Worth, fall, 1958 .

What a life he had; he even hosted a golf tournament. I can't dream that big.

At 84, eh-hh - an overtime lifespan for anyone with his condition.
He deserved a better end.
