this is going well school is awesome...and to all the people that are trying to stop me..my advise is dont. i know what im doing i dont see anything wrong with it.. b4 u comment on this if you haven't already read all of my posts

It would be a lot easier for people to do so if your posts about your self imposed starvation were located in one thread topic for people to read.

I have not read any of your posts.

When I was younger, to lose wate, several times over the years
I went without food (plenty of water) no food except Sundays for about a month.
I was good for 1O pounds a week.

We actually don't give a **** about your diet or whatever else it is you're doing, so stop with the updates - WE DON'T CARE. Starve or eat, it's all the same to us. And we don't want to read ANY, never mind ALL, of your other posts on this stupid topic.

So shut up already.

I don 't agree with that at all.
I wish u well n I 'm very interested to hear of your progress.
I did it myself, a few decades ago. After abdominal surgery in 2005,
I do not believe that I 'm still able to do that again,
but I hope for your success and I cheer for U!!!

I hope that u will keep us up to date on your improvement!
A lot of it is mental; don 't turn your mind to food.
Stay with it; success is inevitable.

IF u r concerned qua the possibility
of the metabolism of your body being slown down
in consequence of your absence of food,
then u CAN counter-act that by EXERCISE!!!

U can run up some stairs or lift wates.
U 'll see n feel the acceleration in your body 's metabolism.

U can do it as ofen during the day as u feel like it.
U can thereby put yourself into CONTROL of your body n your wate.
Drink huge amounts of water. Take vitamins.

um thank you! and its not really starving.. i was going to do that but i didn't i just eat 1 meal a day and exercise
