ID bird symbol

I am looking for the name of a logo/symbol of a bird. It means to go forward but learn from the past. So the body of the bird is walking forward, but the head is turned backwards (looking at the past)

It may be African or South American in origin. Anyone help me on this?

Sounds like something from the inside of an Egyptian tomb. I've no idea why it sounds that way to me, and probably nobody else.
