Any rumors who might replace him?
Who is Program Manager for WBZ?
Thanx
@farouk02382,

@farouk02382,
Steve L. has his own website:

@Ragman,
As a kid I remember listening to BZ and a guy named "Dick Summers" who used to promote "Shrewsburrys" as the proper name for sandqich.
@farmerman,
I often listend to Dick Summer in the mid to late-'60s. He had a show called Nightlight. Often he recited poetry and had interesting stories and promoted local folk singers (such as Tom Rush). He was a fixture on WBZ with r ange of 38 states on late night AM radio. He can still be heard doing voice-overs ads on TV (Binder & Binder coast-to-coast legal firm).
@jespah,
Here's the latest on Steve Leveille retirement from WBZ:
http://www.boston.com/names/2012/06/05/steve-leveille-retiring-from-wbz-radio/it7AAuDyCqJ0EnoDTsNlDJ/story.html
"Longtime WBZ Radio personality Steve LeVeille is retiring, the station announced Tuesday. Program director Peter Casey said the host of “The Steve LeVeille Broadcast” will be done at the end of the week. LeVeille, who’s 57, said in a statement he’s always wanted to retire early. “This is a quality of life decision for my wife, Diane, and me... After spending most of our weekends and vacation time in Maine for the last 15 years, we are looking forward to making it our year-round home.” LeVeille has worked in radio for more than 35 years and has been with WBZ since 1991. He began his career in
1977 at WEEI, which was then an all-news station."
