Live in denial so just ignore the cruel reality. Can you cite your acquaintances who are on this status quo? Are they neglecting their body’s health and just add more and more kilos?

Are you pleased enough with the way you look? or Do you have a difficulty fitting your jeans and wanted to have an ideal figure that will entice all women or men you wanted to?

No thanks. I already own the Golden Gate; bought it for a song from c.i. when we met in SF. But I've got some waterfront property for sale not too far from Waikiki Beach. Interested?

For weight losing have to consider on two things diet and exercise. Avoid the oily and junk food eat more green vegetables, fruit, juice, salad rather than these kind of things. If want to burn your fat fast then you can swim, walk, run and do cycling also.
These are the basic things which have to do to weight lose.
