Which one is better engineering or medical?

Follow your heart.

Better for what? Making money? intellectual stimulation? personal interest in the challenges of different aspects of the careers? fits better with what you enjoy doing? helping mankind in some way?

I prefer engineering, I'd rather be covered in grease than blood.

But engineering, particularly chemical engineering, is a great undergraduate curruculum for getting into medical school.
