Ambiguity tolerance.

Another idea I have been meaning to learn more about is the idea of ambiguity tolerance as it relates to leadership education. I don't have any articles on-hand, but perhaps you guys can give me some personal insight. I don't need any reference to research, I have already read a bit about it, but still don't quite get how it works.
