Yeah - my little one just has a natural way about her in that respect - she was huge for my mom. She walked around with my mom in the house with her arms around her and holding her hand and just talking. She even went and checked on my odd ball brother - you know the type - the one that can't show his feelings other than in anger.

Thank you - that evening he passed, we ended up leaving about the time the hospice arrived - the hospice woman wanted to speak with the kids to make sure they were handling it as is expected. My brother (a nurse) explained - I don't think you need to be talking with my niece - she could work for you.

Oh and the three youngest granddaughters all said a few words at the funeral - something little tidbit of a special memory with their grampy.
