Nursing Administrative Jobs

I am 58 years old and choose to have a healthier life which would include NOT working 12-hour shifts 3-11/11-7 and early-morning shifts - more like the 8-5 shift. I was trained via computer by a large company looking for Review Nurses and worked for 2 months last year as a 'Claim Chart Reviewer' (review charts before insurance company pays provider for services billed) from home - got laid off. Am looking to combine my nursing knowledge with my administrative skills. I worked in an office as customer service/secretary/insurance rep for 20 years before becoming a nurse at 40 years old. Does anyone know how we locate nursing/admin jobs? I'm in Ocala, FL - not a big town. THANKS!!!
