Theists: Any reasons for one to believe this stuff is more than a coincidence?

Because when I pray, prayers are answered. I doubt anyone can provide a better reason than this.

@demonhunter,
When I forced myself to pray when my wife had cancer, my prayer was not answered. But in fact I did not expect an answer. I just felt I had to SOMETHING after the doctors gave up.
