i have a week of exams in 2days. and im really nervous because my stomach rumbles no matter what and its really embarrasing! i hate it im just sitting in class with my mates and my stomach rumbles and they dont say anything because it only happenes in exams or when its quiet, so im really nervous. anyone know how to stop this? i use a stupid excuse like going to the toilet to get out and have a drink or i would flick the pages to cover the sound or cough really loud. makes me look more stupid. anyone have ideas please tell me because its for a week!
It could be because you don't have anything in your stomach. So eat something light (yogurt, apple) before going to class. Can you chew on something minty during class?
My stomach growls even when I have eaten. Certain foods kick that off: coffee, gluten, tomato sauce. Ginger candy helps me.
