Just curious as to what the price of gas is in other places. Right now it's 72.9 cents per litre. What is it in your neighborhood?
About half that at $1.49/gallon in New Mexico, USA.
Same here in KC. Although some places are much higher.
I was shocked the last time I went out to CA. (Summer 2002). I was seeing a 20-cent difference in prices in the same town. Just depending on what gas station you went to. Here, the variance isn't much more than a couple of cents.

About the same here if not a bit higher.
You're lucky! It's something like 80p over here ($1.46) per LITRE!
I know! Yet, they're hiking the prices up despite huge discontent. I wouldn't mind if the extortionate taxes (26p from each pound on income tax) were to go to worthy causes, like education... yet, it's going to stupid things like a course teaching people how to write text messages, and keeping the millenium dome empty. Stupid, stupid government.
We just jumped up 10 cents/gallon here. :Sigh: that time of year again.
82.9 here now! What a joke!
near windsor about 79.9/litre
$1.87 for regular unleaded today at Costco
Today, the prices in Maryland are $1.73 for regular grade and $1.95 for hi-grade (per gallon).
I've seen prices from $1.669-$1.829 for 87 octane, and diesel is generally $1.799 +/- a nickel either way.
And I must say, that 500 gallon tank of $1.50/gallon heating oil in my basement is looking pretty tempting.
$2.15/gallon regular here today. More than .40 increase since February.
And again, I'm so glad not to live in Kalifornia.
Holding steady at $1.72/gal to $1.75.
I think it was around 1.82 a gallon last time I saw the price, which was maybe a week ago. I'm in south Florida.
I paid $1.769 for #2 diesel a few hours ago. Gas was $1.689 across the street.
