What to do? Maybe my settings are not right?

Vimeo doesn't open to play on my Windows 7, IE or Mozilla Fire Fox. If I click vimeo - video play - tab, it doesn't do anything. What to do? Maybe my settings are not right?

I installed latest adobe Flash player 111.12.155 something and at least with IE it works now.
