I'm surprised you wish to keep your thread operating at the junior school level Spade. And that is what it would do if any old 6 letter word suffices composed of 3 letters of another 6 letter word. I don't see what your objection is. If the first glob in evolution had taken your position we would still be globs and not playing witty word games. So the games should be witty to prove we are not globs and are divinely inspired. And making unusual connections is a skill which leads to modern science. So it should be practised. What use are facts if nobody connects them up?
3 from 6 has miles more scope that 4 from 5 or 3 from 4. I'm not wishing to take the spotlight off you because in the future people might come on and admire the thread and I'll be long forgotten on page 27 and you will be famous as the threadmaster.
