Thack, millions, that's millions of people have died because of the terrorist actions of the US government. Focus for christ's sake! The US caused the deaths of half a million Iraqi kids, the US murdered over 2 million Vietnamese, ... .

Pick a country, any third world country and you'll almost certainly find that the US has caused the deaths of thousands to millions.

Americans can drive for three days and never hear languages other than English and an ocean separates us from Europe; most of our teenagers have no real need to know anything about Hungary or Budapest. Europeans living West of the Carpathians on the other hand can mostly get to any other point in Europe other than theirs in a day of driving.

On the other hand, it's fairly common to get Europeans including Germans who are reputed to be intelligent, landing at a NY/NJ airport, renting a car, and setting out to get a look at California and wondering why they haven't seen it at nightfall............
