I've searched you tube and google and can't find it. It is a possibly blonde woman paired with a DJ/other artist for just this song, I want to say it's a song people have used as their first dance at weddings, but don't quote me on that. She is wearing a white flowy dress walking down a curved hall (towards the end of the video I think), there's a black man with short dreads that puts his hand up and a light comes out of it (maybe an eye on his palm), there are two little asian girls in kimonos that wispher to each other and through the whole thing there are little phrases that pop up. There's a couple of boys too, in buddhist type robes. That's what I remember of it but there's a lot more. And I believe it was from the early 2000s. This is making me insane. I'm half crazed from sleep deprivation, so please forgive typos and the like. Thank you for anyone who even bothers reading this.
@Missi3atman,
I have this feeling it could be Jewel, but I'm just still not sure.
Gwen Stefani - she did some Japanese inspired videos a few years ago.
@Missi3atman,
Is it "I write Sins Not Tragedies" by Panic! At The Disco?
