Twitter: Block a follower from seeing Posts

Hi. Is it possible for one of my followers on twitter to not see my posts? I don't like my sister seeing my tweets, but when I unfollowed and blocked her, she got really pissed. So, is it possible to still have them following me but not being able to view my tweets? Thanks to anyone who answers. Smile
