Automatically Send Email at Scheduled Time?

Bumping this up as it's an interesting idea - hopefully there is a non-spammy solution out there.

I looked through the outlook.com web app support pages and couldn't find anything addressing your specific question. I did, however, find a forum where you can post your question to others who also use the outlook web app and possibly get an answer.
