staff nurse working in dubai

I am a dual qualified staff nurse; I would like to work in dubai as a general and or mental health nurse. I trained in London and have vast experience in nursing practice. I will be glad if you could to provide with information on how to relocate to dubai with a view to working as a general or mental health. I will also like to know about annual salary, holidays, shift patterns, accommodation, trainings, health insurance, etc. Do I need to use agency to process for employment and visa or do I do that myself; I am a British citizen; I hold a British Passport.
