To get a haad licence without appearing exam

Greetings,
I was working in govt sector Abudhabi hospital since 2002.Last year I was terminated from service with non disciplinary action.I discontinued my profession for one year.I wish to practice in Abudhabi.I registered for haad exam.But i cancelled the appointment.still my account in personvue is activeMy haad licence for the facility was upto212 feb.But I came to know that this licence they cancelled.I started dataflow inNov20, 2011.I will get licence only after I will pass haad exam or they will give a licence renewal without an exam.How long it will take to get a licence to practice my profession..Kindly give me an answer at the earliest(I wish to work in Abudhabi only)
