GRIMM TV: FANTASTIC FUN!

GRIMM

In the last episode of this new series,
a singularly beautiful blonde (much to my taste) fell (potential) victim
to a robber in an alley, whereupon she turned into a hexabeast (?)
and took care of business with the predator.
One is left to infer that he came to a bad & swift end.

I like it when the victim takes out the predator.

WHATAYATHINK ????????

( I expect a FLOOD of personal insults.)

@OmSigDAVID,

I wish that in REAL LIFE the victim woud kill the predator more ofen than proves to be the case.

The trouble with too much fictional entertainment
is that it takes too long for the predatorory bad guys to get crushed
because the victims r not sufficiently well prepared to defeat them.

@OmSigDAVID,
Ive watched the show and have been taping it on Tivo so I can catch epidodes. Its a novel idea, using the Grimm brothers as modern day detectives seeking out the monsters who everyone else is unable to see.

The only problem is, that unless they shoot for some sustainable entertainment , it will rapiidly dry out of plots. I think it could make a great dark comedy as long as they dont try to get too serious .

@farmerman,
Well, if thay exhaust one author's creativity,
then maybe thay can find another one to do the work.

@OmSigDAVID,
I keep meaning to watch it. They filmed part of it just a few blocks from my house. I'll need to set up my DVR because I never seem to catch it.

@OmSigDAVID,
Are you still watching Grimm, David?

They're going to be filming outside of Mo's old school next week. I'll probably have to go have a look-see.....

Agent Mulder disagrees. Agent Scully refuses to discuss it.

I saw the Grimm commercials during the Olympics, and looked it up on wikipedia. But I didn't watch any shows since I've already missed so many episodes.

I'm intrigued with the promotions of the new BBC show "Copper" that's just started on BBC America. It's about a police detective in Civil War era New York City.

I think the first episode was last weekend. I'm going to try to catch a repeat play of it before they show the second episode this weekend.

It's so close to the house I don't know how we'd be able to avoid taking him!

He was once very interested in film making and even appeared in a small film during that period so I think he'll be interested to at least see what goes into it.

They have filmed in our neighborhood a few times before and they manage to keep it very low key though.

They're filming at a house just a few doors down from me today and poor Mo is off to his first day of middle school so he's missing out on the excitement of lots of teenage girls hanging out watching what is going on.

I've got to say -- the amount of equipment and preparation that they put into making a TV show is absolutely AMAZING in a totally batshit crazy way.
