Can the owner of a web site obtain each day from a server log a listing of all the people (i.e., e-mail addresses) that visited the site that day?

How would they get your email address unless you have given it to them?
Web site owners can get the IP address and any information left in cookies on your system. The cookies only have the information you have given the website who left the cookie.

There is a ton of info out there that can be used to cross reference your IP address.
Info is often sold and collected from all the places you may visit and logged in to over time.
