What advice would you give a new graduate nurse to have self confidence in their ability?
@nette,
My Mom is a nurse and my grandma was a nurse. Just be happy with yourself and keep in mind that you have the ability to save people's lives!
Thank you for your input.. It help to know that others have to work to achieve confidence in the work field after graduation. It is something that I worry about. I hope that I will eventually find mine.
