All of the action is happening north of us. Except for the oilfield helicopters being grounded, you wouldn't know anything was going on. Now we're having to take taxi boats at the beginning and end of the week - seven or eight hours each way. It sure breats working for a living.

Jim. a friend of mine who is a newscaster/anchor type person was brought to an oil platform there within the last few days to do a live shot, as they call it.
She said it was the biggest platform, I think in the world, but perhaps I misremember.
